It is impossible to lose awe and wonder when reflecting on Father God who desires to draw all unto Him to receive love and acceptance.
It was a great privilege to host 47 high school learners from Brebner High School, who has been set ablaze by the power of the Holy Spirit and who left greatly empowered after a weekend filled with the manifestation of the Holy Spirit.
This group of learners had massive expectations to be filled with the fire of the Holy Spirit, and oh, how their expectations were met! Ev. Israel’s fiery messages left the learners in awe and amazement; wanting to be fed more and more of God’s Word!
On Saturday the hall was filled with the glorious sound of heavenly languages being spoken as learners raised their hands in adoration, surrendering their all to Jesus Christ, whom they not only accepted as their Saviour, but also as Lord of their lives. We look forward to witnessing learners igniting their environments with the glorious Gospel; and bringing change to our nation. Truly, God is raising up a generation of fire carriers and nation changers!
Omolemo in Grade 11 testified that she had struggled with rejection. While Ev. Israel prayed, she fell to the ground and it felt as though something was leaving her. Praise God, she had been set free from the grip of rejection!
Tshegofatso in Grade 10 testified, “I struggled with unforgiveness toward my step-mother who has treated me very badly in the past. But after I received prayer, peace came over me and God opened my eyes to see that she is human, with human mistakes. God has set me free and I no longer feel hatred toward her.”
All praise and honour to God Almighty. He is the one who works in the hearts of people and softens even the hardest of hearts. It is only by His presence that these learners have been gloriously set free and set on fire!
